Requirements for the administration department of a financial enterprise
Some enterprises have their headquarters on Curacao or St. Maarten, whereas the sales offices are located in the Caribbean Netherlands. The financial enterprise is obliged to grant the supervisory authority access to the accounting records or administration at the place where these are located.
Requirements
The administration department of a financial enterprise that has a license to perform activities in the Caribbean Netherlands must contain, among other things:
- A record in which all the complaints are documented
- A record in which all the incidents are documented
- A client administration system that complies with the law and regulations
The administration pertaining to consumers in the Caribbean Netherlands must be segregated from the other administrative records.
