Laws and regulations overview
The AFM and DNB perform their supervision on the basis of the Financial Markets (BES Islands) Act (Wet financiële markten BES - Wfm BES). Compared to the laws in the transition phase, the Wfm BES contains a number of additions and some tightening up of the regulations. Please note that only a few documents have been translated in English. All legislation can be found on the Dutch legislation page.
