Mr. Rui Manuel Monteiro Casais, CEO of Funcom, participated in the subsequent offering by subscribing to 100.000 shares. Following the allocation procedures as described in the prospectus
dated 10 June 2016, Mr. Casais became entitled to 4.017 shares which were issued on the 16 August 2016 and delivered to the corresponding VPS account on 18 August 2016.
Total number of shares and stock options held are 1,214,412 divided into 42,748 depository interest in shares, and 1,171,664 options, at conditions as previously announced.
