DSM informs market of final pricing of Patheon N.V. IPO

Royal DSM, a global science-based company active in health, nutrition and materials, informs its stakeholders that Patheon N.V., a company in which DSM holds approximately 53.5 million ordinary shares, has today priced its Initial Public Offering at US$ 21.00 per ordinary share. The pricing had been estimated at US$ 19.00 - US$ 22.00 per ordinary share.
As part of the Initial Public Offering, DSM is offering a final total of 4,761,905 of its ordinary shares in Patheon N.V. Patheon N.V. will not receive any proceeds from the sale of ordinary shares by DSM.
