Amsterdam, the Netherlands - 30 May 2016. Flow Traders N.V. ("Flow Traders") (Euronext: FLOW), a leading technology-enabled liquidity provider operating on a global scale that specialises in exchange traded products, will release its first half year 2016 results for the six months ended June 30 2016 through a press release on 12 August 2016, at 7:30 a.m. CET (1.30 AM EST).
Interim dividend
Simultaneously with the publication of the 2016 first half year results, Flow Traders will announce its interim dividend over 2016. The ex-dividend date will be August 31st, the record date will be September 1st and the payment date will be September 7th.
Analyst conference call and webcast
On 12 August 2016, Flow Traders will host an analyst conference call to discuss the results for the first half year 2016 ended June 30. An audio webcast of this call will be made available via our website www.flowtraders.com.
