ForFarmers B.V. has repurchased 62,039 depository receipts for shares ("Depositary Receipts") in the period from April 18, 2016 up to and including April 27, 2016.
The Depository Receipts were repurchased at an average price of € 6.22 per share for a total consideration of € 385,883. These repurchases were made in accordance with the authorisation granted by the General Meeting of ForFarmers B.V. on 15 April 2016 as part of the buyback scheme announced on April 18, 2016.
