Constellium N.V. (NYSE and Euronext: CSTM) (“Constellium” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company intends to offer, subject to market and other conditions, approximately $400 million of senior secured notes due 2021 (the “Notes”) consisting of U.S. dollar denominated senior secured notes (the “Offering”). The Notes will be guaranteed on a senior secured basis by certain of the Company’s subsidiaries and secured by certain assets of the Company and certain of the Company’s subsidiaries.
