Mota-Engil Africa N.V. ("Mota-Engil Africa") announces that, as anticipated in its press release dated 4 December 2015 relating to Mota-Engil Africa's self-tender bid for the ordinary shares in its capital ("Shares") initially announced on 11 October 2015 ("Self-Tender") being declared unconditional, the listing and trading of the Shares on Euronext Amsterdam has terminated as of today.
Settlement of the Self-Tender occurred on 9 December 2015, which was also the last trading date for the Shares on Euronext Amsterdam.
Amendment of the articles of association
Following the resolution adopted by Mota-Engil Africa's shareholders at the extraordinary general meeting held on 23 November 2015, Mota-Engil Africa's articles of association will be amended to reflect its governance and obligations going forward as a non-listed company.
