Ovostar Union N.V. informs that on 02 December 2015 its majority shareholder Prime One Capital Limited sold 60,000 shares at PLN 89.00 per share, thereby decreasing the total shareholding of Prime One Capital from 4,274,617 shares to 4,214,617 shares (from 71% to 70% of total outstanding shares, respectively). As a result of the transaction, the total free float of the shares of Ovostar Union N.V. has been increased from 29% to 30%.
