("Mota-Engil Africa") announces that it will not be withholding any Dutch dividend tax (dividendbelasting) on the payment, at settlement, of the offer price of EUR 6.1235 per share to shareholders tendering their shares under the self-tender bid commenced by Mota-Engil Africa on 27 October 2015.
