Esperite N.V. (Euronext: ESP, 'Esperite') announces it is convening an extraordinary general meeting of Shareholders ("EGM") to be held on Wednesday 23 December 2015 to approve its new share option scheme.
The EGM's convocation notice, agenda and the explanatory notes to the agenda are available free of charge at Esperite's offices in Zutphen, the Netherlands and can be downloaded from Esperite's website, www.esperite.com.
