Further to the announcement made on March 31, 2015, about the entry into an agreement with Charterhouse Capital Partners LLP pursuant to which it offered to acquire Unibail-Rodamco's 50% stake in Comexposium, and following the satisfaction of the conditions precedent, Unibail-Rodamco announces the closing of the disposal of its stake in Comexposium. Terms of the transaction are as announced in March 2015. The transaction values Comexposium at an enterprise value of €550 Mn[1].
