(EURONEXT: HEIA; OTCQX: HEINY) today announces that HEINEKEN, Diageo plc and The Ohlthaver & List ('O&L') Group of Companies, the majority shareholder of Namibia Breweries Limited ('NBL'), have agreed to restructure their respective joint venture operations in South Africa and Namibia.
