AMSTERDAM (15 July 2015) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US")(Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 44,949 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Tuesday, July 7, 2015, through Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at an average price stated in USD of $108.66 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
