AMSTERDAM (24 June 2015) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US")(Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 57,500 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Tuesday, June 16, 2015, through Wednesday, June 24, 2015, at an average price stated in USD of $117.65 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
