Mota-Engil Africa N.V. ("Mota-Engil Africa") notes that its annual general meeting of shareholders has approved all items on the agenda, including the dividend proposal as set out in Mota-Engil Africa's financial statements for the financial year 2014. Accordingly, the dividend in the amount of € 0.28 per share will be paid, resulting in a dividend of € 28,000,000 in the aggregate. Payment of this dividend will be made on 21 July 2015. The dividend record date has been fixed as 26 June 2015. With effect from 25 June 2015, the shares will be traded ex-dividend on Euronext Amsterdam.
