Guernsey. 18 June 2015 - Eurocastle Investment Limited (Euronext Amsterdam: ECT) announces the results of its 2015 Annual General Meeting held yesterday, 17 June 2015. All ordinary resolutions tabled before the meeting in accordance with the Notice of Annual General Meeting circulated to shareholders on 15 May 2015 were carried.
