AMSTERDAM (3 June 2015) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US")(Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 18,000 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Monday, 25 May 2015, through Wednesday, 3 June 2015, at an average price stated in USD of $122.02 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
