Zaandam, the Netherlands, June 1, 2015 - Ahold has repurchased 426,000 Ahold common shares in the period from May 25, 2015 up to and including May 29, 2015. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 18.7658 per share for a total consideration of € 7.99 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on February 26, 2015.
