Guernsey, 6 May 2015 - The Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company" or "Volta Finance" or "Volta") was held on 6 May 2015. The resolution detailed below was passed.
THAT the New Investment Policy, as set out in the Circular, be and is hereby approved and adopted with immediate effect as the investment policy of the Company, in submission for and to the exclusion of the Existing Investment Policy.
