AMSTERDAM (30 April 2015) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US") (Euronext Amsterdam Exchange: "CLB NA") filed its Consolidated Financial Statements prepared in Accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards Annual Report for December 31, 2014 with the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (“AFM”) in the Netherlands today.
