Zaandam, the Netherlands, April 13, 2015 - Ahold has repurchased 135,000 Ahold common shares in the period from April 6, 2015 up to and including April 10, 2015. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 19.1278 per share for a total consideration of € 2.58 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on February 26, 2015.
