Zaandam, the Netherlands, April 6, 2015 - Ahold has repurchased 120,000 Ahold common shares in the period from March 30, 2015 up to and including April 3, 2015. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 18.4048 per share for a total consideration of € 2.21 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on February 26, 2015.
The total number of shares repurchased under this program to date is 1,995,944 common shares for a total consideration of € 36.12 million.
