Dr. Werner Brandt to stand a final time for re-election to QIAGEN Supervisory Board
Dr. Werner Brandt, the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, has decided to stand for re-election for a final one-year term at the next Annual General Meeting on June 23, 2015. Dr. Brandt, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2007, cited business and personal commitments for this decision. The timing of this decision was also intended to provide ample time for the selection of a successor ahead of the subsequent Annual General Meeting in approximately 14 months in June 2016. All other current members of the Supervisory Board will stand for re-election for the standard one-year term at the upcoming Meeting.
