Guernsey, 26 March 2015 - The Board of Directors of Volta Finance Limited (the "Company") resolved, today, at its latest Board Meeting to pay a dividend of €0.31 per share for the semi-annual period ended 31 January 2015, amounting to €11.3 million.
Ex dividend date is the 1st of April 2015, record date the 2nd April and payment date the 7th of April 2015.
