Zaandam, the Netherlands, March 16, 2015 - Ahold has repurchased 753,700 Ahold common shares in the period from March 9, 2015 up to and including March 13, 2015. The shares were repurchased at an average price of €18.0311 per share for a total consideration of €13.59 million. These repurchases were made as part of the €500 million share buyback program announced on February 26, 2015.
