Amsterdam, Netherlands, March 10, 2015 – Nord Gold N.V. (“Nordgold” or the “Company”, LSE: NORD), the internationally diversified low-cost gold producer, announces that on March 6, 2015 and March 9, 2015, in accordance with the share buyback programme announced on February 24 2015, it purchased on the London Stock Exchange a total of 35,000 GDRs at an average price of US$2.65 per GDR for the total amount of US$92,750.
