AMSTERDAM (14 January 2015) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and Euronext Amsterdam: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 64,969 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Monday, 5 January 2015, through Wednesday, 14 January 2015, at an average price stated in USD of $110.59 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
