December 18, 2014 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and built asset design & consultancy firm, announced today that Niek Hoek will step up to take the role of Chairman of the ARCADIS Supervisory Board per January 1, 2015, following his resignation as Chairman of the Executive Board of Delta Lloyd. He will succeed Maarten Schönfeld who has fulfilled the role of interim Chairman of the Supervisory Board since May 2014. Reference is made to the press releases of 3 April and 16 May 2014.
Mr. Niek Hoek has been a member of the Supervisory Board of ARCADIS since 2013. He will assume his new role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board per January 1, 2015. Mr. Niek Hoek (1956) has been Chairman of the Executive Board of Delta Lloyd NV since 2001 and a member of its Executive Board since 1997.
