December 2014 Funcom N.V. issued 2,595,592 shares
with a nominal value of EUR 0.04 per share and for a
total consideration of EUR 749,540 (NOK 6,400,853).
The issued share capital of Funcom N.V. after the
capital increase is EUR 3,617,793 divided into
90,444,823 shares.
