OCI N.V. (NYSE Euronext: OCI) held its Exraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) today, Wednesday 12 November 2014, in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. At this meeting shareholders have approved the proposals to increase the issued share capital and subsequently decrease the issued share capital of OCI N.V. with the same amount to facilitate the spin-off of the Engineering & Construction Group through a repayment of capital in kind in the form of shares in the new company, to OCI N.V.’s existing shareholders.
