Progress on buyback programme Nutreco shares

Further to the share buyback programme announced on 24 July 2014, Nutreco announces that during the period from 22 September 2014 up to and including 26 September 2014, Nutreco purchased 194,667 of its ordinary shares at an average price of € 29.11 per share. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 963,445 ordinary shares for a total consideration of € 28.5 million.
This programme will ultimately end on 31 January 2015, unless Nutreco shares for the overall maximum amount of € 100 million have been repurchased prior to that date. In that case the programme will end on the date on which this maximum is reached.
