September 15, 2014 - ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the world's leading natural and built asset design and consultancy firm, today announced the appointment of Kenneth Poon to the new position of CEO of ARCADIS Asia, effective 1 January 2015. The leadership transition follows the retirement of Joseph Lee, Chief Executive of Langdon & Seah, effective 31 December 2014.
Mr. Lee joined Langdon & Seah in 1974 and became the Chairman of Langdon & Seah Asia in 2009, becoming its Chief Executive in 2012 following the merger with ARCADIS. In his 40 years with the firm he has been involved in a wide range of projects in Hong Kong, China and Macau. He was one of the pioneers of quantity surveying services in China in the 1980s providing construction cost management consultancy to property develop
