Progress on buyback programme Nutreco shares

Further to the share buyback programme announced on 24 July 2014, Nutreco announces that during the period from 8 September 2014 up to and including 12 September 2014, Nutreco purchased 355,149 of its ordinary shares at an average price of € 29.81 per share. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 650,745 ordinary shares for a total consideration of € 19.4 million.
This programme will ultimately end on 31 January 2015, unless Nutreco shares for the overall maximum amount of € 100 million have been repurchased prior to that date. In that case the programme will end on the date on which this maximum is reached.
