PostNL increases outlook for 2014
The Hague, 7 July 2014 - PostNL expects to report a full year underlying cash operating income of between €260 million and €290 million. PostNL’s former outlook for underlying cash operating income in 2014 was at the high end of the guided range of €180 million to €220 million.
The increase of the outlook is mostly driven by the continued strong performance in Mail in the Netherlands. The strong performance is explained by, amongst others, the swift execution of the cost savings plans and some incidentals.
PostNL will publish its Q2 2014 results on 4 August. The company will provide further details on that date.
