June 30, 2014: Altice SA (Euronext: ATC) announced today that, following constructive talks with employee representatives, its subsidiary, Numéricable, has signed the closing agreement to acquire 100% of the capital of Omer Telecom Limited, the holding company which operates in France under the Virgin Mobile brand. The agreement is dependent upon obtaining approval from the administrative authorities concerned.
