Delta Lloyd announces the pricing of an offering of € 750 million subordinated perpetual notes, first callable on 13 June 2024.
The coupon will be fixed at 4.375 % until the first call date and floating thereafter. Delta Lloyd will use the net proceeds from this issuance for general corporate purposes.
The notes are expected to be rated BBB- by Standard & Poor's Rating Services. The notes will be issued under the existing Delta Lloyd EMTN programme.
