Amstelhuys NV (Amstelhuys) is planning to securitise a portfolio of Dutch residential mortgage loans for an amount of € 352.7 million under the name of iArena BV (iArena). Amstelhuys is a 100% owned subsidiary of Delta Lloyd NV (Delta Lloyd). This is the twentieth securitisation transaction undertaken by Delta Lloyd. The transaction is compliant with the new Dutch Securitisation Association standard.
