The Board of Directors of ASTARTA Holding N.V. (Company) herby informs that between May 19, 2014 and May 23, 2014, during trading sessions on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, the Company purchased its own shares in the quantity of 2 020 with the average price of PLN 40.00 per share.
The shares have been bought acting pursuant to the resolution No.5 adopted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company on 21 June 2013 (see current report No. 8/2013 dated 21 June 2013).
Legal grounds: Article 56.1 of Polish Act of 29 July 2005 on Public Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of Financial Instruments to Organized Trading, and Public Companies.
