The Management Board of Peixin International Group N.V. (the "Company”) informs that in
connection with an update of investment plan disclosed in current report No. 12/2014, on
25 May 2014, the Company decided to adjust its foregoing dividend policy, particularly
increasing payout ratio after the year 2016.
