Amsterdam, Netherlands, May 15, 2014 – Nord Gold N.V. (“Nordgold” or the “Company”, LSE: NORD), the internationally diversified, pure-play gold producer strategically focused on emerging markets, announces that the ex-dividend date for the interim dividend in respect of the three months ended March 31, 2014 is set on June 9, 2014, with dividend record date on June 12, 2014 and payment on June 27, 2014.
As previously reported, the Board of Directors of Nordgold has approved an interim dividend of 1.53 US cents per share or per Global Depositary Receipt in respect of the three months ended March 31, 2014, bringing the total pay-out to US$5.8 million.
