May 7, 2014 - Wolters Kluwer, a global leader in professional information services, announced today that it has successfully launched and priced a new ten year €400 million Eurobond. The bonds have been priced at an issue price of 99.164 per cent and will carry an annual coupon of 2.500 per cent. Settlement date has been set at May 12, 2014. The bonds were placed with a broad range of institutional investors across Europe.
