AMSTERDAM (28 April 2014) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") filed its Consolidated Financial Statements prepared in Accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards Annual Report for December 31, 2013 with the Autoriteit Financiële Markten (“AFM”) in the Netherlands today.
