AMSTERDAM (16 April 2014) – Core Laboratories N.V. (NYSE: "CLB US" and NYSE Euronext: "CLB NA") repurchased a total of 363 of its common shares during the period of time beginning Monday, 7 April 2014, through Wednesday, 16 April 2014, at an average price stated in USD of $203.05 per share. These repurchases were made as part of the Company’s existing share repurchase program.
