The original convocation letter published on 13 March 2014 contained a clerical error in the Record Date. In accordance with the Company’s articles of association and Dutch law, the Record Date is 27 March 2014 instead of 26 March 2014. By current report of 15 April 2014 the Company rectified the clerical error and published this convocation letter on the Company’s website. The Company confirms that the issued share capital of the Company did not change in the period from the convocation date to the Record Date.
