Vimetco N.V. (“Vimetco”) (LSE: VICO), the global producer of primary and processed aluminium products, hereby announces that the Board of Directors (“the Board”, “the BoD”) of Alro (“the Company”), its Romanian subsidiary, no longer supports the 2014 income and expenses budget, as previously proposed for the approval of the General Shareholders Meeting to be held on March 7th, 2014, because of the newly increased quota for green certificates.
