The Supervisory Board of Delta Lloyd nominates Ingrid de Graaf (1969) as a member of the Executive Board. She will succeed Paul Medendorp (1954), who is due to retire at the end of 2014 on reaching the retirement age for Executive Board members at Delta Lloyd. Paul Medendorp joined Delta Lloyd in 1994 and has been a member of the Executive Board since 2003. The Supervisory Board will inform the shareholders of the proposed appointment of Ingrid de Graaf at the next Annual General Meeting on 22 May 2014.
