Heijmans N.V. ("Heijmans" or the "Company") has successfully raised €13.5 million of equity at a price of €7.65 per bearer depository receipt of new ordinary Shares (the "Shares"). A total number of 1,758,973 Shares were placed through an accelerated bookbuild offering (the "ABB") and a private placement (the "Private Placement") with a major shareholder and Heijmans' executive board.
