Today, Royal Imtech N.V.'s Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) granted the requested approval on its 2012 annual accounts.
In addition, the EGM appointed Mr. Paul van Gelder as member of the Board of Management. Mr. Kees van Lede and Mr. Frans Cremers were appointed as members of the Supervisory Board. Royal Imtech is pleased that with the appointments three outstanding and experienced professionals will be joining its organization.
