ARCADIS (EURONEXT: ARCAD), the leading pure play global engineering and consultancy firm, today announced that its Brazilian subsidiary, ARCADIS Logos, as part of a consortium, was selected by RioUrbe and Empresa Olímpica Municipal (EOM) to perform project and construction management services for the implementation of the Olympic Park and Village for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games. The project is part of a series of infrastructure projects that Rio de Janeiro is conducting to successfully host such a major sporting event for the first time in South America.
